FAQ - Account Deletion

Q: What happens when I delete my account?

A: Your account, all personal data, billing information, and service history will be permanently deleted from our system. You will no longer have access to any services associated with this account.

Q: Can I recover my account after deletion?

A: No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you need to reactivate services in the future, you will need to submit a new subscription request.

Q: What about outstanding bills?

A: You must clear all outstanding dues before the account can be deleted. Deletion does not waive any financial obligations.

Q: How long does the deletion process take?

A: After submitting a request, our team will review it and contact you within 24-48 hours. The actual deletion is completed within 5-7 business days of request approval.

Q: What should I do if I change my mind?

A: Contact our customer support team immediately at til.adminasst@army.mail.bd or call 01769018585. If your request is still in review, we may be able to cancel it.
